We aim to dispatch within 24 hours, subject to stock availability. If you need something in a hurry, please get in touch and let us know and we will do our best to help you!

Purchases delivered within the UK require a signature and may not be shipped to PO boxes. If you are not in when your package is delivered, the postman will leave a card to be taken  to your nearest Royal Mail sorting office at your convenience to arrange collection. On occasion the package may be left with a neighbour. We endeavour to send out all items within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If your order comes in two deliveries you will not be expected to pay postage twice.

All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate of 20%. We automatically deduct UK VAT for orders being delivered outside the EU. NOTE: For all deliveries outside the EU you may be liable to pay duty, customs or import duty levied once the package reaches your destination and you will be responsible for this as we have no control over these charges or any delay this may cause and we cannot predict such charges.

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS – Our standard returns policy has been extended for Christmas purchases made from 25th November up until 22nd December 2016. Returns will be accepted up until 16th January 2017.

EASY UK FREE RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS

We are confident you will love your natural fibre Ally Bee garment but if for some reason you are not happy with the product then we will happily offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 14 days of receipt so long as it reaches us in the same condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags still in place – as it was received by you. To use the Free UK Returns service please email info@ally-bee.com and we will send you a Collect + Free returns label.

Returns are normally processed within 10 working days of receipt, once the returned products have been received to us. Upon inspection of the returned product, Ally Bee will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Ally Bee reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense. A refund confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS –  The Freepost returns service is not available outside the UK and you will be responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure insured postage as we do not take responsibility for refunds of lost items. The package must be clearly addressed to:

Sale Returns Policy

During sales periods we will happily offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 7 days of receipt.

If you cancel your whole order within 7 days of receiving it we will also refund a Standard Delivery charge in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Unless otherwise stated, we will not refund any delivery charges if you cancel within 7 days but only cancel part of your order.

Return of Gifts

Please note that items bought as gifts can only be refunded to the original payer, however, we are more than happy to offer another item in exchange or part exchange for the goods as long as the value of the item is the same or greater than the original. Details of the original purchaser must be provided.
