Browse the website and find a product you want by using the drop down menus on the top of the screen for a personal computer, or often found on the left of the screen if you are using a mobile device or phone. Or, if you know exactly what you want, use the online search function at the top right of the site to quickly locate the item/s. On the product page select the item and if applicable, click on the size you want and click on the ‘Add to Basket’ box. You may then choose other products and repeat this process to add other products to the basket. At any point you may click on the Shopping Basket icon at the top of the page to view the items you have selected. When you have chosen all of your items select ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and this will take you to the Checkout section. If you want to buy another product click on ‘Continue Shopping’. If you have a discount voucher code, please enter it in the ‘Coupon Code’ box, click ‘Apply Coupon’ and the deduction will appear on the subtotal. If you are ready to buy, click the box confirming you have read our Terms and Conditions and click on the ‘Proceed to Paypal’ button. You will then enter a secure Paypal online checkout with your order summary where you may pay by a selection of credit cards or Paypal. Follow the simple Paypal checkout instructions. Once you have paid you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal setting out your purchase. When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email from us confirming this.
No, you can order as a guest. If, however, you become a registered visitor to the site, it is a very simple and secure process to register and it requires a minimum of time. It will only need to be done once and will make future shopping with us an even easier experience.
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. Click on 'Forgot password' and you will be emailed information on how to get a new one. Alternatively, you can purchase as a guest but you will need to add your address and contact details once again at the Checkout section.

Ally Bee uses high quality images on its website to reflect garment colour as accurately as possible. However, the colour you view on your screen or mobile device is highly dependent on your monitor and therefore fluctuations may occur in the colour you view on your screen, and colour of the item in real life.
Payment is taken for your order at or around the time you place the order. Your order will not be dispatched until full payment is received.
Yes, all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery the item will be left with a neighbour, or it will be returned to a nearby Royal Mail sorting office. You will receive a calling card to let you know where the parcel is and you may collect at your convenience.
We are confident you will love your British-made natural fibre Ally Bee garment but if for some reason you are not happy with the product then we will happily offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 14 days of receipt so long as it reaches us in the same condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags still in place - as it was received by you. If you wish to return an item please inform us in writing immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the invoice number and item you wish to return. Please use the original packaging to send back returns. If your delivery was dispatched to a UK address you will receive in your delivery a Freepost returns label. Please affix this to the original packaging to your parcel as this will cover the cost of return postage in the UK. Take the package to a Post Office. It is very important you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return the package, a receipt noting the postage return postcode will suffice. Please note we closely quality check all returns and will not refund items in a used condition or smelling of fragrance or odour and such items will be returned to you. If you are outside the UK the Freepost returns label will not be accepted by your postal service and you will be responsible for return postage costs. You must ensure you have the item insured for postage as we do not take responsibility for refunds of lost items. The package must be clearly addressed to: RETURNS Ally Bee Ltd 52 Ripley Gardens London SW14 8HF UNITED KINGDOM SALE RETURNS POLICY During sales periods we will happily offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 7 days of receipt. However, Freepost labels are not provided with sales orders. Please allow 21 days for us to process your return. You will receive an email from us to confirm safe receipt of your parcel. If you cancel your whole order within 7 days of receiving it we will also refund the standard delivery charge in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for Premium delivery we will only refund the cost of Standard delivery. Unless otherwise stated, we will not refund any delivery charges if you cancel within 7 days but only cancel part of your order. Returns posted from outside the UK must be paid by you.
